Haven Nightclub – Return & Refund Policy

At Haven Nightclub, we work hard to provide you with a memorable, high-quality experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle ticket, reservation, and merchandise returns.
1. Tickets & Event Reservations
All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly changed.
If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within [Insert Number] days of the schedule change announcement.
No refunds will be issued for missed events or no-shows.
2. Merchandise Purchases
Unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30
days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom orders, or items marked “non-returnable.”
3. Food & Beverage Purchases
All food and drink sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase due to quality concerns, please speak with a
manager immediately so we can address the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email haven.nightclub@outlook.com or call 681-460-2734 with your order/ticket details and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
Change of personal plans
Arriving late or missing the event
Dislike of performance or entertainment style
Personal disagreements with venue policies
